Gold Coast Hydrangea Festival 2025

The event aims to encourage locals to stay and spend in Hong Kong during from 1 to 5 May. The festival promises to be a highlight of the Labour Day long weekend. To kick off the pageant, the spectacular “Love in the Sky” drone show will be presented on the grand opening night of 1 May – a display of 1,288 radiant drones will illuminate the skies above the Gold Coast area, delivering a mesmerising performance! Adding to the spectacular, Gold Coast Piazza will transform into a “Hydrangea Town”, featuring two main thematic decorations: a 120-metre “Hydrangea Seaside Promenade” made from nearly 10,000 hydrangeas and a serene “Hydrangea Water Garden”, adorning the Gold Coast with hydrangea blooms, ensuring a rich and diverse experience for both residents and visitors!
