Freedom From Anxiety: An Evening Talk and Guided Meditation

It’s increasingly common that feelings of worry and anxiety plague our everyday lives. Consequently, we never really feel at ease with ourselves or fully present in our interactions with others, and life can become overwhelming.
During this talk with guided meditation, entitled Freedom From Anxiety, Buddhist monk Gen Kelsang Rabten will explore alternative approaches to stressful circumstances, and share practical strategies for daily life that can help us become fearless in the face of adversity and deal with our negative emotions confidently.
