Step inside one of Hong Kong’s most recognisable film locations as the Old Yau Ma Tei Police Station opens its doors to a new immersive exhibition celebrating the city’s iconic police and crime films. Set within the historic Edwardian-style building, the experience recreates familiar film sets — from identification parade rooms and detention cells to surveillance spaces – brought to life with multimedia effects, interactive installations and AI photo booths.
A first-of-its-kind exhibition staged inside an actual former police station, this cinematic walk-through offers a fresh way to experience Hong Kong’s film heritage in the very place where so many scenes were shot.
