Cacao is a family-run Hong Kong business making handmade luxury chocolates and chocolate products using ethically sourced and environmentally friendly ingredients. It uses a single-estate cacao from plantations in the Philippines, and with no child slavery in its supply chain. (Sadly, this is an issue in the mainstream chocolate industry.)
All the chocolate is freshly ground and made to order, and the fillings for the pralines are made from original recipes using deforestation-free sugar, and free of preservatives and artificial flavourings.
