The kids will have a blast taking part in the comprehensive Summer Programme offered by the Canadian International School of Hong Kong (CDNIS) in the June-to-August school holidays. There are dozens of morning and afternoon activities to suit every interest, including art, sport, music and more. We take look at just some of the options available!
Multi-Activity Summer Programmes
Multi-Activity gives students a variety of challenges to keep their mind and body fit through the summer holiday. Different activities are included each week, offering a balance of creativity and physical activities with a focus on positive participation and enriched learning experiences. Students in this summer programme will be divided according to grade levels (from Prep to Grade 5).
Details:
Sessions run from 9am to 12pm, with an hourly rotation between three different morning activities under the supervision of classroom assistants.

Timba’s Great Adventures
Join Timba the Explorer on an exciting month-long journey filled with imagination, creativity, and hands on fun! Designed especially for children aged two to five years, Timba’s Great Adventure invites young learners to dive into four incredible themed weeks, each one packed with meaningful play, sensory-rich activities and joyful exploration.
This school holiday programme is taught in both English and Mandarin Chinese.

CDNIS Early Years Centre: Expressive Language Through Music & Movement
Join this programme to explore a variety of engaging activities, including Simple Songs, Song Tales, Actions Songs, Circle Games, Beat Motion Activities and more. Children aged two to five years will delve into the world of expressive language through singing, rhymes and musical stories, fostering communication skills and emotional literacy. By immersing themselves in rhythmic patterns and melodic narratives, young learners enhance vocabulary, phonological awareness, and storytelling abilities.

Bilingual Multi-Minis for Early Years
Young learners will enjoy a summer holiday filled with laughter, creativity and exploration with CDNIS’s exciting bilingual programme. Specially designed for Early Years children (EY1-EY2; ages 3.5 years to five years), it’s a journey of education and discovery that invites your little ones to become budding engineers, chefs, artists and more. There’s a variety of fun-filled activities on offer, with new adventures and opportunities daily that will spark their imagination. The Bilingual Multi-Minis camp is taught in both English and Mandarin Chinese.

The six-week camp consists of daily sessions from 9am to 12pm.

Note: Children participating in this activity must be toilet trained and have all their belongings labelled. Lunch supervision is not available for Early Years (EY) students, and parents/caregivers are not permitted to be on campus.

African Immersion Programme
The African Immersion programme is an experiential journey designed to foster creativity and expand cultural awareness through engaging, hands-on activities. By connecting students with authentic African narratives, we aim to build stronger bonds, improve cross cultural communication, and prepare students for a globalised world. Our mission remains focused on rebranding blackness and deleting stereotypes through direct engagement with African educators.

Table Tennis Summer Camp
Ready to serve up some fun this summer? Dive into the exciting world of table tennis and experience the thrill of mastering shots, improving agility and honing strategic gameplay in a supportive and engaging environment.
Open to players of all skill levels, this camp offers a fantastic opportunity for children to enhance their table tennis skills, build sportsmanship and forge new friendships. It’s a great chance for them to elevate their game and have a blast at the same time!
